A Tribute and Poem For Paula Paschall

My very dear sister passed away on Feb.18, 2003. She was only 52 years old, and went away much too soon. She had a brain anurism and even though she did not suffer pain, because it happened in her sleep, I still feel like a knife has cut through my heart. Miniature RosesI am still in the shock stage, and I feel like crying all of the time. She was 15 months older than me. She was always there for me no matter what. She was my interpreter when I had a speech problem. She was my friend, more than a sister. I will always remember her and love her. This is a poem that I wrote in her memory.

"Sister dear"

Our sister, our sister
so sweet and dear
even though we are seperated
we know you are here.

You always had a smile
and a kind word or two
to those who were hurting
you gave them life anew.

Now your journey on earth
is over and gone
now you can fly with the angels
and sing a new song.

We will always love you sister dear
and miss you alot
and when our time comes
will you help us to get there?

Rest in Peace our sister fair
you've done what you could
and we who are left
will say a prayer. We will love you always.

Love, Connie, Ed and Lisa
